Get your wellbeing products shipped directly to your doorstep or collect from our wellbeing clinic.

Amanda Christer Wellbeing uses the following shipping options to deliver our products to your doorstep; 

UK Orders

We offer the following services for UK orders.

Collection
If you are local to the Darlington are and would like to collect your order in person to save on the postage, please select the ‘Collection’ option at the checkout and drop us an email quoting your order number and availability for collection and a member of our team will be in touch.

International Orders

Shipping abroad can be costly and time consuming and because of this we currently don't offer international shipping as a option at checkout. If you are a international customer, drop us an email with a list of products you would like to purchase and we will be happy to quote for individual international orders. 


Damaged Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@amandachristerwellbeing.co.uk and we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons out of our control will not be exchanged.

Exchange

To exchange your product, please send us an email to hello@amandachristerwellbeing.co.uk for instructions on how to exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
